In the app: open You → Send feedback. You need to be signed in.

Common questions

I forgot my password

Email accounts can change their password in the app under You → Password. Google accounts use Google’s sign-in; we cannot reset a Google password for you.

I want a different German level

Open You → Settings and choose A1, A2, B1, or B2. You can change this whenever you like.

My progress disappeared

Progress is saved to your Kapitel account. Confirm you are signed in with the same email or Google account. Signing in on a new phone should restore stories you already started.

How do I delete my account?

Does Kapitel cost money?

The app is free to read. Supporting the project through Buy Me a Coffee is optional and happens outside the app stores.

Is there a website login?

Kapitel is a mobile app. This site is for support and the documents Apple and Google require. There is no separate web reader yet.
